How to Minimize Our Fears and Maximize our Ease Around This Time of Chaos – Part 1/2

In the past two weeks, since the Japanese earthquake and tsunami, SaLuSa has given us a remarkable series of messages that has reaffirmed the basis of recent events and how we might orient towards them so as to minimize our fears and maximize our ease. I’d like to review those messages and extract his views and recommendations from them.

SaLuSa tells us that a revolution is taking place that is carrying us forward to Ascension as individuals, as a society, and as a planet.

“Dear Ones, there is a revolution taking place in your world, and consciousness levels are rising and pointing you in the right direction. It is the final battle of this cycle, and you have taken the opportunity to reach the stage whereby you can leave the cycle of duality forever.

“When you have learnt the lessons it has to offer, the experience gained elevates your consciousness to a higher level. When it is reached the lower vibrations become uncomfortable and no longer serve you any purpose. In such circumstances you are ready to leave duality, for a new level that is more in line with your own and your needs.” (1)

Though we create our own future, SaLuSa tells us, “the fact remains that the final act will be Ascension.” (2) He assures us that “those of you that desire to ascend will do so.” (3)

How does this period in our history differ from previous ends of cycle? It does in the assurance we have this time that we will ascend if we want to, whereas, for instance, last time in Atlantis, a successful outcome was not assured. In fact, this time Ascension is to be a universal phenomenon.

“Unlike previous times when such opportunities have arisen, you are assured that Ascension will take place. In fact it has been carefully planned on a Universal scale, and is to be an enormous event that happens very rarely.

“For you it has been a long time coming, but you have been spared a conscious memory of previous occasions.” (4)

SaluSa reminds us that the energies being beamed to Earth are what are causing changes at every level on the planet – the planetary, the individual, and the social.

“The dynamics of the energies playing upon Earth are setting up the grid that will bring the new Earth into being. At the same time they will uplift you also, and both will be ready for the final action leading to Ascension. It calls for more time being allocated to your personal development, so that you may take the opportunity to raise your vibrations.” (5)

He recommends that we keep our attention focussed on the events of our future and be not afraid.

“Keep looking ahead, and do not let the changes put you in fear of the future. All that is happening now is going to be short lived, and out of it you will see the purpose that will set you firmly upon the path to Ascension.” (6)

Let’s now look at the events at each of these three levels.

The Planetary Level

The first level is the relief of physical stresses on the planet by the release or clearing away of negativity so that Gaia can ascend.

“In general what you are seeing all around the world is the final cleansing that must take place very soon, and you will see the objective in what is happening. “ (7)

“The changes … become more evident, and instead of fearing the outcome people need to be aware that it is the necessary cleansing before Ascension can take place.” (8)

He asks us to appreciate the necessity for these changes and not to allow them to overwhelm us.

“Try not to be overwhelmed by the disasters that are happening, and know that there will be a positive outcome that will lift you up to a higher level. Much of what has happened was foreseen, but as it relates to karma – sometimes on a group level, it must be allowed to work through. From our point of view all will proceed as planned, and the Universe will finally ascend.” (9)

He reassures us that these changes will not result in planetary destruction. He says that predictions of the end of the world are not applicable.

“Again we must mention the fear aspect that arises in such times as you are experiencing. We ask you to remain calm and know that it is not true that the end of the world is taking place. In no circumstances will it be destroyed or even seriously impacted by natural or man-made circumstances. Matters of that nature are within our control, and we are here to ensure that the cycle is completed as divinely decreed. Often what is referred to as support for outlandish predictions are old writings that were made in a totally different era to what you are in now. In other words most are no longer relevant to the time you are in now.

“Since the Millennium you have moved onto another path, that in spite of the current or recent calamities, is one that is less volatile. We would add that as always we are very active in ways not apparent to you, and we do whatever is allowed to ensure matters do not get out of hand. Karma is a factor that we cannot interfere with, but we can respond to your calls for help that are received by us in Love and Light.” (10)

There is no need for masses of people to die in these Earth changes.

“There is no necessity for great catastrophes or disasters, or masses of people dying as a result of them simply to reach that point in time. The only link between the two is the need to cleanse the Earth so that she is ready to ascend with you. So the remaining months will be filled with all manner of different happenings, which will gradually become more acceptable and beneficial to everyone.

“By then we will certainly have been officially accepted as visitors to your planet. In actuality we already have your acceptance, and the numbers of people turning to us are increasing each day.” (11)

At all times, the galactics will play their role.

“We monitor all major events on Earth, and as far as we are allowed are always looking for ways of lessening the impact upon you. … We cannot help you unless you are prepared to help yourselves, as we must only re-act to requests from you rather than be seen to ‘interfere.’ We would love to deal with all of your problems, but there are lessons to be learnt that mean there is a proper time for us to show up.” (12)

As sad as they may have been, the disasters that have occurred have drawn the planet’s population closer together.

“With each disaster a loving glow arises from Earth, showing how much love and compassion is being felt for those who are the victims of them. It is bringing people together who see the need to take back their power, so as to create a new world that is based upon caring and love for each other. It is truly remarkable how far you have come in such a very short time. It was expected to be so, but until the time arrived there was no certainty as to exactly what you would achieve.” (13)

The Individual Level

In the work of preparing ourselves as individuals for Ascension, SaLuSa predicts that 2011 will be a busy year: “A lot can happen in a short time, and as you progress through this year events are going to become quite hectic.” (14)

Just as the planet is cleansing itself of negative stresses, so we as individuals are also being asked to cleanse ourselves of negative vibrations.

“Man is naturally a benign Being, and it is only the lower vibrations that have introduced the negative traits that have pulled many souls down. There is no longer any reason to continue living at that level, as you can rise up with the new energies coming in. You are not victims but willing participants, and there is every opportunity to lift yourselves up. “ (15)

SaLuSa assures us that we “have always been promised that you would be guided back to your real home, and there was never any way that the dark Ones would totally imprison you.” He advises us to complete our remaining relationship issues.

“These are times for sorting out any remaining problems in personal relationships. Try not to leave loose ends until the end of this cycle, as it is far better to have settled any issues even if it means eating humble pie. Forgive and forget, otherwise you will carry the energy with you until you do find a way of settlement.” (16)

The result of this process of releasing old issues is to restore us to sovereignty, SaLuSa says.

“Entering the last stretch before you ascend is going to be a wonderful time of understanding, and a great expansion in your levels of consciousness. Every opportunity is there regardless of who you are, and truth and knowledge will abound in such a way that you will not need to question the source.

“We will at some stage also be with you to help explain your true history. You will soon realise how you have been held back, and take back your sovereignty. You are great Beings who will once again recognise your true potential.” (17)

In order to help others complete their work and prepare for Ascension, he recommends that at a personal level we as Lightworkers relinquish our negative habit of judging others.

“Think about what you say and the way that you act, and move on from judgement and criticism of another person. Most people are trying their best in difficult circumstances, and because the end times present an opportunity to clear karma, have undertaken much more than they might normally do.” (18)

He asks us to model expanded consciousness and reclaim personal sovereignty.

“For too long you have been ground into the dust, and used in so many ways that have been demeaning for souls such as you. However, your Light is returning quite quickly and you can show others how great their potential is by your words and actions. Be your true self and treat others as your loved brothers and sisters, because you are All One.

“Such action will draw the best out of other souls who will want to be as calm and happy as you are. Your strength will encourage others to follow your example, as they will see how you walk tall and deflect any lower energies around you. It is everyone’s time to decide exactly how they want to enter the new cycle, and there has never been such a wonderful time for it. Some will prefer to remain where they are, whilst others will jump at the opportunity to leave the cycle of rebirth in the lower dimension.” (19)

He recommends that we spend some time now meditating.

“Meditation is most suitable and recommended; even if you can only find limited time in which to do it. At least find quiet moments when you can unwind, from what is a stressful time on Earth just at present. Being fearful will not help, and your health will benefit if you can find a little time for yourself each day. Also remember when you are in a relaxed state to send out your love to wherever you see it is needed. Perhaps you are already in a group presentation, and that will be even better and more powerful.” (20)

He reminds us that our financial worries will soon be handled.

“Money worries occupy many people, but even these will disappear in time as debts are forgiven, and wealth is distributed more fairly. Can you imagine the relief when people can start again with not just a clean sheet, but with the advantage of being funded once more. It will be but one step towards a brand new society, that focuses on sharing and works for the benefit of each other.

“Dealings will be carried out above board, and the authorities will show their honesty in whatever they do. People will be consulted much more than now, and have more say in matters that concern them. In one way or another the old paradigm will die away, as it has ceased to fairly reflect the needs of the people for eons of time.” (21)

He offers us a way to view the chaos around us that minimizes our discomfort and fear.

“If you can look upon what is happening as a means to an end that is for your benefit, you will quickly overcome any problems that affect you in a personal way. You obviously all have a life plan that is meant to fit in with them, and if you sit quietly and ponder what they are you will almost certainly gain an understanding.

“After hundreds of lives in so many countries and cultures you can be sure that you are so much wiser than when this cycle first commenced. Now it comes down to clearing whatever karma is still uncleared, and at a time when you are at your strongest to deal with it. Take it as it comes and do not fight it, but approach it with love in your heart for yourself. You are a great soul that has yet to understand your full potential, but very soon you will know without a doubt.” (22)

Jedes Wesen ist eine göttliche unendliche Seele die in einem Menschlichen Körper lebt. Vor der Geburt als auch nach dem Tod ist jedes Wesen in gleicher Weise lebendig. 

Jede Seele tritt, um eine ganz bestimmte Aufgabe und einen bestimmten Lernzweck zu erfüllen, in einen physischen Körper ein, um im Laufe von mehreren Leben ihre wahre Identität als ein Teil des Göttlichen zu erfahren.

Das Leben selbst ist ein, sich immer weiter entwickelnder spiritueller Prozess, der auf dem freien Willen beruht und sich solange weiter fortsetzt bis wir unsere wahre Natur erkennen und zum Göttlichen zurückkehren, von wo wir herkommen.   

Keine Seele tritt ins Leben um einer anderen zu dienen, es sei denn sie wünscht es. Sie wird geboren um sich selbst und dem höheren Zweck des göttlichen zu dienen. 

Alles Leben ist von natürlichen und universellen Gesetzen bestimmt die Vorrangig sind und schwerer wiegen wie die menschlichen Gesetze. Diese Gesetze, sowie das Gesetz des Karma, das Gesetz der Anziehung und des freien Willens sind von Gott erlassen um die Existenz eines jeden zu ordnen und jeden darin zu unterstützen den Sinn des Lebens zu finden. 

  

Keine Regierung, die einen Nutzen aus der erzwungen Unterwerfung seiner Bürger zieht oder seinen Bürgern die Grundrechte des Friedens verweigert, kann oder sollte bestehen. 

Das Leben ist eine stetige Bewegung von einer Existenz in die andere, an verschiedenen Örtlichkeiten, in unserem Universum und anderen Dimensionen.

Wir sind nicht alleine im Universum, wir teilen es uns mit mehreren anderen Zivilisationen die allesamt friedliebend und weiter entwickelt sind als wir. Manche können wir mit unseren Augen sehen andere nicht.

Das Vorhandensein unserer fünf Sinne ist kein letztendlicher Beweis der Existenz. Die Menschen sind sowohl physische wie auch spirituelle Wesen und die spirituelle Seite 

durchdringt die physische. Gott ist geistig und die letztendliche Berührung mit Gott ist nicht körperlich sondern geistig. Die Wahrheit liegt im Inneren.

Gott ist Eins daher sind auch die Seelen Eins. Sie bilden die Einheit. Es ist das Ziel, das die Seelen in Frieden und Harmonie in einer Einheit leben. Gewalt anzuwenden um die Angelegenheiten zu klären geht entgegen dem natürlichen Gesetz. Jeder Mensch sollte das Recht haben seine eigenen Angelegenheiten ohne Einwirkung von Gewalt auszuführen, solange sie keinen anderen schädigen. 

Keiner sollte gezwungen werden zu heiraten wenn er das nicht will. Keine Frau sollte gezwungen werden Kinder zu gebären wenn sie das nicht will. Kein Mensch sollte gezwungen werden entgegen seinem Willen eine Religion auszuüben oder eine bestimmte Sichtweise zu vertreten. Nichts lebensnotwendige sollte von einem anderen Menschen zurückgehalten werden wenn es in der Macht der Gemeinschaft liegt zu teilen.  

Alle Menschen sollten die Möglichkeit haben zu denken, zu sprechen und zu handeln wie sie es für richtig halten solange sie keinem andern damit schaden. Jeder Mensch hat das Recht die Ausbildung zu machen die er möchte und die Karriere zu verfolgen die ihm zusagt, solange er keinen anderen damit verletzt.

Niemand hat das Recht einen andern zu töten. Niemand hat das Recht zu stehlen. Niemand hat das Recht sich einem anderen, in jeglicher Weise, aufzudrängen.  

Jede Regierung die ihren Bürgern Leid antut und ihnen ihr Eigentum und ihr Recht ohne ihr Einverständnis entzieht, oder einen Krieg mit den Nachbarn anzettelt und die Tatsachen verdreht, verliert jede Rechtmäßigkeit. Keine Regierung sollte ohne die Einwilligung ihrer Bürger regieren. Alle Regierungen haben die Aufgabe, für das Wohlergehen Ihrer Bürger zu sorgen. Jede Regierung die Ihre Bürger für ihren eigenen Zweck ausnutzt ohne für ihr wohlergehen zu sorgen verliert jegliche Rechtmäßigkeit.

Männer und Frauen sollten ein erfülltes Leben führen ohne Not, wo immer sie es wünschen und unter den Bedingungen die sie wählen. Vorausgesetzt Ihre Wahl  verletzt niemanden und ist umsetzbar. Die Kinder sollten ein Leben, unter den wohltätigen Führsorgen aller, ohne Ausbeutung, mit ungehindertem Zugang zu den lebensnotwendigen Bedürfnissen, zu Bildung und Gesundheitsversorgung, führen. 

Jegliche Ausbeutung, Unterdrückung und Verfolgung richten sich gegen das universelle und natürliche Gesetz. Alle Meinungsverschiedenheiten sollten einvernehmlich gelöst werden.

Jedes Menschliche Gesetz das sich gegen das natürlichen universelle Gesetz richtet ist ungültig uns sollte nicht bestehen.  Das Erlassen und die Durchsetzung eines jeden Menschlichen Gesetzes das sich gegen das natürliche universelle Gesetz richtet birgt eine Gefahr der nicht zu entkommen ist ob in diesem oder einem andern Leben. Es  mag einer dem weltlichen Gericht entgehen aber er wird nicht der Gerechtigkeit Gottes entgehen.

Alles dient der großen Verehrung Gottes und bei Gott suchen wie die Erfüllung unserer Wünsche, Liebe, Frieden und Weisheit. So soll es sein. Aum/Amen

Most methods and tools being recommended here on the Internet such as purification by filtration will not lead to your desired result of decontaminating “radioactive water”.

a) Radioactive contamination of drinking water in Japan at this point in time can come about in only two ways:

1) The source is actual surface water like lakes or rivers, possibly filtrated through river banks and thus came into contact with e.g. radioactive rain and/or dust. The Netherlands rely almost totally on water drawn from the Rhine and fed into the drinking water supply after conditioning.

2) The water may have been contaminated after production (e.g. in open cisterns/basins), which in effect is similar to bullet a1).

In all other cases it springs from groundwater (wells) and has often been concealed for years before being extracted again. As limnologists would say “groundwater” has an elephant’s memory, i.e. if you drop a can of used oil in a forest it may take ten years until you become aware of oil traces in your drinking water. This means that on one hand ground water wells should as a rule not yet show contamination from rain fall so shortly after a nuclear accident and on the other hand that when it appears further “down the road” all short-lived contamination should have decayed. This is by no means meant to downplay the issue.

So far I would have thought it unlikely to already find radioactive contamination in water that does not come from surface water or bank filtrate. If it should be true it would be alarming.

Now though, let’s assume it were true as authorities would rather hush up things than exaggerate them, thus let’s take some degree of water contamination for granted.

b) How can you reprocess radioactively contaminated (drinking) water so that it is (relatively) safe to use?

All radioactivity in (drinking) water can take only one of three forms:

1) It is in the form of radioactive hydrogen (called tritium, three times as heavy as normal hydrogen and emitting very weak beta rays, i.e. electrons, which, however, can damage your genome and cause cancer etc. when swallowed). When tritium has been released to the environment it will be incorporated in “heavy” water molecules. However, these are chemically indistinct from normal water, hence you cannot chemically separate radioactive water from normal water. You will have to live with tritium in your water and air (vapour) until it has decayed. With a half-life of approx. 12 years it will be down to one thousandth in about 120 years … All you can do (in theory) is move to another location where the tritium from “your” power plant has not yet reached (eventually the tritium will be evenly dispersed world-wide by wind and wave, however, then also the dosage of radiation will diminish reciprocally with its dilution). Or you “import” clean water (and add a pressurised air cylinder from a clean pristine source for good measure).
And don’t forget: once you’ve moved to another place there might be yet another malfunctioning nuclear power station around the corner – from the frypan into the fire … Help close down all nuclear power stations and so-called reprocessing plants!

2) The water could contain gases, esp. radioactive noble gases (like neon (Ne), argon (Ar), krypton (Kr), xenon (Xe), radon (Rn)) Rather unlikely but for the sake of completeness we will mention them here. These can be driven out from the water by heating it to boiling temperature as hot liquids dissolve less gases than cold ones (with solid solubles, e.g. salts, it is vice versa with the rare exception of kitchen salt –sodium chloride- which hardly changes in solubility from almost zero to 100 degrees centigrade).

3) The main contaminants by far should be soluble solids, e.g. metal salts of e.g. radioactive caesium, rubidium etc. These can not be filtered e.g. by charcoal or any ceramic or paper filter with whatever fine pore structure since they are dissolved! You can only either try to demineralise that water (e.g. by reverse osmosis) or purify it by distillation thus leaving the radioactive solids behind (the condensed water in the lids of your pots consists of such distilled water droplets). A third potential method would be chemical precipitation. However, in order to know which chemical to use to precipitate the contaminant(s) with, you’d first have to analyse the water components. And in all probability the traces would be too small for normal analysis and if the salt etc. was determined then you might find there is no precipitant to go with it or it may have adverse side effects, e.g. be poisonous. So de-mineralisation or distillation it is.

These are the only three viable methods that might help in this predicament. Anything else is “snake oil“.

While activated charcoal does by virtue of adsorption delay the passage even of solved salts all these filtration methods are only really designed for capturing suspended matter. But what has been bank filtrated or springs from ground water wells is not a suspension, or at least no water utility would dare inject murky water into its system!!!

Do not use automatic translators – they will garble the meaning beyond comprehension!!! If you lose its precision you might as well drink the water “as is”.

I will not comment further on any other “alternative” purification methods as these have been sufficiently excoriated.

Yes, but may I suggest: only if the path would be less contaminated than before. But before you breathe contaminated dust from a contaminated path by all means use contaminated water to keep it in place!

> – personal hygiene,

Rather not! You would also absorb some contaminants through your skin, however small. However, if you need to decontaminate yourself from a greater dose than what is in your water, do wash it all down and reduce your exposure! Again – “contaminated” water may be heavily or only negligibly contaminatedWe are talking dangerously contaminated here! The situation in your region may not yet be so dire – so please compare to normal radiation levels from the past – traces of radioactivity may not always be dangerous, but are likely to rise with ongoing leaks and further rainfall adding to ground water supplies from contaminated sources above ground. – use your best judgment!

 

> – to wash dishes,

Well, if you dry well it would be better than becoming ill from mouldy dishes! Only if your water were excessively contaminated I wouldn’t. However, your utility will not pump such water and your spigot would be dry by then. When your plates and glasses are without water stains, then there is also no radioactive deposit from radioactive salts. Only if you leave stains – these are the radioactive salts, if you want to take a look at them!

> – laundry,

Weigh your options: if your clothes are contaminated they should be cleaned. The harder you spin dry the less water will still remain on your fibres and the more likely what little water then is left to dry will deposit less radioactive material than you just got rid of by rinsing and washing!

> – cooking?

If you use the steam and e.g. your vegetables do not come into contact with the water – then the steam will be relatively “clean” as it is the same process as distillation described above. Also consider frying and other methods that can do away with water. Consider using bottled water if you want to stay on the safe side.

And for drinking, but esp. for your infants or if preparing infant formulas – use bottled water from a reliable brand!!!

Last Thursday German chancellor Angela Merkel declared that her government plans to close its nuclear power plants in a “measured exit”; the decision to end Germany’s nuclear power program was a result of the continuing nuclear crisis in Japan; some believe that Chancellor Merkel’s announcement is driven more by politics than safety concerns; recent polls show that 80 percent of voters are opposed to nuclear power; Merkel’s party faces close regional elections in states where nuclear plants are located; Switzerland, Venezuela, and China have also announced that they will suspend or delay plans to build new nuclear plants

In an abrupt announcement, last Thursday, German chancellor Angela Merkel declared that her government plans to close its nuclear power plants in a “measured exit.”

Merkel said the decision to end Germany’s nuclear power program was a result of the continuing nuclear crisis in Japan.

After a massive 8.9 magnitude earthquake and tsunami rocked Japan, crews have been battling to control several nuclear reactors which have begun to overheat. Three reactors have suffered from partial meltdowns and radiation leaks have forced thousands to evacuate.

In a speech to the lower-house of Parliament, Merkel said, “If the seemingly impossible becomes possible, the absolutely unlikely becomes reality in a highly developed country like Japan, that changes the situation.”

She continued, “Then we have a new situation, and this requires action.”

Earlier last week, Chancellor Merkel declared a three month moratorium on nuclear power to conduct safety reviews at the country’s seventeen nuclear power plants.

At the time of the initial announcement, Merkel said, “We can’t yet make do without the peaceful use of nuclear power as a bridge technology if we want to continue to reliably cover our energy requirements as Europe’s biggest economy and if we want to continue to live up to the need to protect the climate,” Merkel said.

Following the moratorium, Environment Minister Norbert Roettgen said that two of Germany’s older nuclear plants that have been in operation since the mid-1970s would be shut down regardless of the results of the safety inspection.

Some believe that Chancellor Merkel’s announcement is driven more by politics than safety concerns.

In response to her remarks to Parliament, Sigmar Gabriel, a leading voice against Merkel’s party, said, “No more lies, Chancellor. Last year you claimed that we wanted to exit nuclear energy too fast. Now you stand here and have the chutzpah to say that we were too slow to exit.”

Nuclear power has been a divisive issue in German politics since the Chernobyl nuclear disaster in 1986. The government’s decision last year to extend the life of its seventeen nuclear power plants for another twelve years was met with wide-spread protests.

After an explosion at Japan’s nuclear power plant, on Saturday 12 March 2011, tens of thousands of Germans formed a human chain in Stuttgart to protest the nuclear plant there. Activists carried signs that read, “Nuclear power – no thanks.”

The Baden-Württemberg state in southern Germany, which houses one of the aging reactors scheduled to be shut down shortly, is holding regional elections this month. The Christian Democrats, Merkel’s party, are struggling to maintain their hold in that state and five additional regional elections will be held this year.

Recent polls show that 80 percent of voters are opposed to nuclear power.

Merkel maintained that the move was not motivated by politics, but by safety issues.

“This is a regulatory step. There is no deal, no agreement with the industry,” she said.

The chancellor has also insisted that nuclear power will not be imported.

“I’m against shutting down our nuclear power plants only to have atomic power imported to Germany from other countries,” she said. “That won’t happen on my watch.”

Instead, Merkel plans to use the cancellation of nuclear power as a catalyst to hasten the transition to clean energy.

“We will use the moratorium period, which we deliberately set to be short and ambitious, to drive the change in energy policy and accelerate it wherever possible, as we want to reach the age of renewable energy as quickly as possible,” she said.

Switzerland, Venezuela, and China have also announced that they will suspend or delay plans to build new nuclear plants.
