Suzy Ward has been fielding a number of questions about NESARA that arise from the current discussion of the subject. She has sent along several documents that provide a good basis for understanding NESARA, from her perspective and that of Matthew, Hatonn, and Blue Star the Pleiadian.

There are also other sources for an understanding of NESARA, including the channeled messages of SaLuSa and Sheldan Nidle’s Spiritual Hierarchy and Galactic Federation.


I’ll be posting these in three separate articles over the next three days.


There is no need for everyone to read them. There is a need however to have them located somewhere on the Net in a compact fashion. In this article are Suzy’s email statement and most of the undated Special NESARA edition posted to Matthew’s site either in August or September 2006. 

The next post will feature a second statement by Matthew on NESARA from March 1, 2004.

NOTE: Although Hatonn and I have communicated ever since the opening of my telepathic connection January 1994 (and he gave me information for two chapters of Voices of the Universe,) this is the first message he asked me to circulate with one of Matthew’s.

1. HATONN: I’d like to lay to rest this NESARA announcement business for once and for all. Getting to the point of proving that NESARA is real is an ongoing process with a great deal of progressive activity that has not been given to any channel. Any and all messages that have been giving dates and telling of hostages and CNN takeovers and especially the killings! – are NOT coming from any of us! I assure you, nothing I’ve ever said to any channel has been in that realm of the absurdity!




2. That leaves the DISinformation specialists in either spirit or in body as the “newsmakers.” What’s to be accomplished besides confusion and disillusionment in the believers and jeers from the crowd that always has doubted there is a NESARA? Isn’t that enough mischief? From our viewpoint, it is! The energy wasted in both camps is distressing! I’m in charge of all communication between Earth and all points elsewhere, and there’s this hodgepodge of false information going around that I’m trying to get straightened out! I wish the well-meaning people who are sending around those messages with such elaborate explanations would stop and think, “Would ‘ETs’ and Sananda really send us all those details?” They would see how unlikely that is and look elsewhere for verification of true happenings. I strongly suggest they look to their godselves, where all truth is known!

3. By the day we near the time when NESARA will be known – no, I didn’t say “announced” because I don’t mean “announced” – I mean “known” – but we don’t know when that day will be. We aren’t sitting idly waiting for it to amble into sight – we’re doing everything within the processes that govern any US legislation so that never can they throw at us, “You took over our planet!” Of course this is bigger than the US president and his administration’s power group, but they always have the ear of the rest of the world.
4. Those of you who are familiar with Matthew’s messages know that he has made the point several times that even without NESARA’s announcement, forward movement is constantly underway toward the same goals. That is exactly what is going on – we’re progressing on the same fronts by other means. Anything we do is not by our decision alone, but in conjunction with your own people who will emerge as the vanguard of the transitional government.

5. There are two ways this can go. Nothing is written in stone and we don’t know which way at this point will best serve you. Things can be changed by going what you’d call forward or backward in time. We don’t expect you to understand this, so you simply have to trust that we’re proceeding cautiously and wisely so that the logistics of major changes will come about as smoothly as possible.
6. This isn’t a revolution in the sense that your history books tell, but many of those who are in prime roles now or soon will be have served in multiple changeovers of ruling bodies. They have learned what is necessary and what isn’t, and that’s why they wanted to come back and achieve change without the chaos and bloodshed of your past. We know your patience is exhausted waiting for NESARA to come and with it, the resignations of the US president and his administration.

7. Stop waiting and live fully and let NESARA lie! If you must think of it, think of it as a blueprint or a set of short- and long-term goals and not as the whole enchilada — yes, I know your expression –- coming all at once. Processes in motion will be slower but just as certain in the results that NESARA intends. The house of cards that is the US Congress is falling like dominoes in slow motion behind the scenes. There are holdouts, and we can’t say that we didn’t anticipate this, but the many who are responding to the light—and light is our ONLY weapon!—will be helping us to influence the ones still on teeter totters.

8. Suzanne, please add to my message that when we undertake important missions, such as assisting you all in this transition out of darkness into light, we DO NOT MAKE MISTAKES! The series of bumblings given as “reasons” that NESARA never gets announced time after time are just plain nonsense! Anyone who knows the truth of us realizes that, but the people whose discernment is just developing could see us as part of the problem, because however could bumblers be part of the solution?

HATONN: I bid you “Good evening,” Suzy, with thanks for receiving me in these last hours of your year 2005. I ask that you send out my message with the next one from Matthew.

This is Hatonn speaking in my capacity as director of communications between Earth and all points elsewhere during the era of Earth changes. You may know of me as commander of an intergalactic fleet. That is another of my “hats,” but in this moment, my focus is communications about another area of my activity, what you commonly refer to as NESARA. I am here to give a definitive statement in particular, but not exclusively, to all who have been working diligently to initiate NESARA’s wide-reaching reforms and now don’t know what to believe.

The National Economic Security and Reformation Act—please note this accurate name—is as real as anything else on Earth, so to all skeptics, please put to rest the impression that it is merely a wish in the minds of some who intensely desire a legislated remedy to your world’s problems. Nevertheless, that view does have some validity. Like everything else in the universe, this Act’s formation was preceded by and manifested through thought forms. You are inured to living within manmade laws, so we had to put this within an acceptable legal framework. In accordance with universal laws, the framework had to specify means to achieve the Act’s objectives so the universe knows what situations to present in aid of manifesting the desired results of peace, justice, equitability and accountability starting in the United States and extending worldwide.

That said, a great deal of DISinformation about NESARA has been promulgated by various sources to discredit this Act. That isn’t surprising, because its provisions strip them of political and economic control over you. But it’s unfortunate that NESARA has become better known through those means than the correct information from knowledgeable sources, such as Matthew. Approximately two and a half years ago we asked him to issue our collective statement that described NESARA as the divinely inspired co-creation of highly evolved beings on and beyond Earth to engender good will among her humankind and a fair share of good fortune for all. Food for the spirit is not enough for the majority of your population, who are oppressed and deprived, and NESARA was born of Earth’s desire for betterment in the lives of all her resident souls.

Be keenly discerning about all channeled messages! Especially in this late phase of Earth’s transition out of third density, knowing what is true and what is false is critical for your own sakes! We urge you to look beyond the mass of muddled information about NESARA, Second Coming, First Contact, disastrous destruction to land masses, nuclear war potential, a dying planet—listen to what your souls are telling you!

Hold within your hearts the vision of the world you want for yourselves and your families, for all the inheritors of Earth:
A world where peace and love replace war and hatred; where governments are led by just, prudent and spiritual women and men, not power-mongers led by darkness; where fair distribution of all resources replaces the extremes of egregious greed and desperate poverty; where universal and planetary truths replace the web of lies that has controlled your lives.

The concept and intent of NESARA is to help you create that world on Earth. You do not have to know of this Act or, if you do, you don’t have to believe in its actuality—wanting the same intentions that it embodies is what counts. IT ALREADY HAS COUNTED! You are reading this in the early days of your year 2006, when wars, suffering, tyranny, corruption and the like can be seen wherever you look. But in this very same instant in the continuum, where everything is NOW, Earth is peaceful and beautiful and all of that negativity is gone. She has reached her chosen destination where low-vibration manifestations don’t exist. The world of your vision, the “future” world you are helping to create right now, already IS!

MATTHEW: My greetings in love to all! I have requested my mother to receive this important message and pass on to her usual sources for disseminating. I believe that my credibility as one of God’s messengers has been established with those who are familiar with the Matthew Books and my messages that have been posted on various Internet sites. In any event, I have been appointed by the highest light beings to speak more comprehensively than I have previously about the vital Earth reformation program commonly known as NESARA. Before that, I say this: NESARA WILL be implemented, and it will be done more quickly if its reality is trusted and all who know of it hold convictions toward that success!
Some consider NESARA to be political and economic in nature while others view it as spiritual because of the high level light beings affiliated with it. NESARA is both. When people are severely oppressed by political and economic conditions that foster impoverished living circumstances, lack of health care and education, monopoly of natural resources, slave labor, unjust laws and courts, starvation, and tyrannical regimes, offering “soul food” isn’t enough. When people are preoccupied with mere survival requirements, giving them only spiritual messages is not going to bring about the global reforms they need to rise out of their misery. That is why the provisions of NESARA are monumental in scope, embodying sweeping reforms for Earth that will begin as soon as the legislation is officially announced. When people become aware of the reforms, they will be motivated to participate according to their capabilities.

As in all other aspects of polarity still existing on Earth, NESARA is at one extreme and the dark forces that Dove and the members themselves call the Illuminati are at the other. Mother, I need to interject something here. The work Dove is doing to inform about the progress of NESARA is imperative, and it is essential that her credibility and value be understood on Earth just as it is in the higher planes, where it is given great honor. Now I return to explaining the darkness of the Illuminati. This powerful cabal has long recognized that to retain their control of Earth’s people, they must keep them in ignorance and fear, and for millennia that has worked well for those currently in power and their dark predecessors. Now they are realizing that it cannot work for them much longer, and they are sparing no tactic to hold onto their fast-ebbing control. They rightly see NESARA as their total uprooting, because once the program’s reforms are implemented, the control of the darkness will crumble totally.

It is necessary that you understand the reality that is beyond the religious and scientific dogma that have structured, dominated and limited your awareness. NESARA is far more than a piece of legislation in the United States. The extraterrestrial beings at high stations of soul evolvement who initiated the ideas within NESARA’s programs to assist Earth humans’ rise in spiritual clarity are doing so at the invitation—indeed, the plea!—of Earth. Your planet could have not survived any more assaults of the negativity being continuously generated by human brutality to each other, to the animal and plant kingdoms or to the physical body of Earth. All wars and other violence, famine, disease, ruthless leaders, environmental destruction and economic strangulation have been instituted by the influence of the dark forces.

Relief from all the suffering caused by these conditions was essential or your planet would die. Over half a century back in your counting, Earth had reached that point of damage to her body and soul. She had the choice of her soul ascending and allowing her planetary body to die, or surviving intact. Her soul chose to survive in its physical planetary form, but in her greatly weakened condition due to the extent of trauma she had long suffered, she could not do it without massive assistance. Light beings of extraterrestrial civilizations responded to her cry for help, and among these countless souls who have come to her rescue are those who have been working with diligence and dedication to the reforms embodied in NESARA. So you see, it is by Earth’s quest for help that these beings, in conjunction with Earth humans, are performing their various missions on and off-planet to get this vast, vital program underway to rejuvenate physical Earth and enlighten and uplift her people.

It is understandable that you who are familiar with Dove’s reports could become discouraged by the delays in NESARA’s announcement because you have no “behind the scenes” knowledge of what is causing these. There are two major reasons. First, the NESARA legislation is being processed within the laws of the God-inspired original US constitution. It is important that you understand this is not a take-over by ETs to initiate the light in these programs, however desperately needed by Earth. In collaboration with wise, just and highly spiritual Earth humans, ETs are helping in myriad ways to restore health to your planet. Knowing of Earth’s travail and out of their love for her, souls chose to reincarnate as Earth humans and assist their universal brotherhood in recreating heaven on Earth, and some are doing this through NESARA’s provisions.

Second, the dark forces are fighting tooth and nail to prevent even the awareness of NESARA, much less its implementation, and at this point, delaying the announcement that must by law precede enactment of the widespread provisions is the only weapon left to them. They have been successful thus far in achieving delays by many means: assassinations of influential people who favor initiating the provisions without delay as well as others actively working toward this end; death threats to the families of light workers and to the workers themselves; double-agents within the ranks of the light workers; and terrorist assaults. The US internal terrorist act of September 11, 2001, was the most dramatic of these tactics. The laboratory-produced SARS disease was meant to be another global fear instigator, but its effects were greatly reduced by efforts of light workers.

Another delaying tactic is disinformation and non-information through control of major media. The disinformation program includes claims that NESARA as reported by Dove and she herself are frauds. Dove has reported information accurately as it has been given to her, and it has been discouraging to her, not only to you readers of her reports, that time after time the announcement has been delayed. In the beginning of spreading the word about NESARA, it was necessary to get your attention, to encourage you to generate positive energy attachments to the program and give it impetus, and that is achieved by the power of your thoughts and feelings. I cannot emphasize too strongly that your active participation in adding to the light energy momentum is essential—NESARA is to your benefit! However, since nothing in the universe is isolated in its effects on everything else, it is within universal interests that Earth be lifted out of the third density limitations that for eons have kept you from knowing your eternal and inseparable connection with All That Is. NESARA is an integral part of this planetary ascension into higher vibratory dimensions.

Additionally, it is not correct to believe that even at this high station we can make accurate predictions in the linear time that exists on Earth and nowhere else in the universe. We can look into the energy field of potential and see the increased momentum of the light progress, which at that moment is optimistic and is reported as such. Then the dark forces strike again, and that optimism is tempered by the energy momentum they have gained.

When my mother first was asked for my viewpoint on NESARA, over a year and a half past in Earth counting, I confirmed its validity and the great benefits of its provisions, and I said that their implementation was not imminent. There was limited action in the field of potential then, and nothing registered there indicated that sufficient energy was being generated by the combined on and off-planet light forces so that NESARA would be announced any time “soon.”

Two factors were—are—affecting NESARA as in everything else: A great deal of planetary and individual karmic balancing still had to be played out, and by Creator’s law, souls’ free will must be respected except in the case of nuclear detonations in space. That includes the free will choices made by members of the dark forces to hold up and weaken—preferably doom—NESARA. Both Earth humans and extraterrestrials among you who look just like you have been using one tactic after another to delay NESARA’s announcement. Please don’t be disturbed by the fact that darkly-inclined extraterrestrials are operating on Earth—even more powerful extraterrestrial light beings also are among you. The dark ET’s, through inculcating in you greed, hatred, violence, ignorance and fear, want to continue to control you and your planet. The light ETs are there to help you take back control of your planet and your lives!

Whereas a year and a half ago there was limited energy being registered in the field of potential, now it is in total frenzy. This reflects the unprecedented extent of energy being generated by the light beings to dislodge the darkness and that forces’ last ditch efforts to hang onto their pockets of power that will be lost with the global changes NESARA will usher in. So, while you now can see why it simply cannot be estimated with accuracy the date of NESARA’s announcement, you can see that time is coming closer with each passing day!

Light is the tangible, directional facet of love, and love is the most powerful energy in the universe, the original creating material. NESARA is created in light-love. Do not doubt its power to transform Earth into the paradise it once was. Your part in this transformation is to let this truth of NESARA be known and to trust in its glorious intent and outcome!

Too Excited for Sleep!

I’m so exhilarated by what is happening on this site and in the world. How am I going to sleep tonight? If I can’t sleep, I won’t let you sleep. Hey, everybody, wake up!

What’s going on?

In the world, Norway has chosen not to be stampeded by the bombing and shooter attacks. (1) I have to acknowledge that I did not think that such an enlightened response could have been expected from the representatives of any country. It wasn’t something that I would have imagined could happen.

I thought Norway would now join the list of countries who beef up their security, increase their armed forces, and begin watching their citizens’ movements.

But Norway has rejected that approach.  They have taken exactly the opposite course:

“Oslo Mayor Fabian Stang, when asked whether greater security measures were needed, sternly rejected that notion:  ’I don’t think security can solve problems. We need to teach greater respect.’” (2)

I don’t think I can convey how energized I am to see this happen. For me, and I’m only speaking for me, this represents a watershed in human history – the first time I’m aware of that the government of a nation has shown the world what is possible.

I have to add that I’m so busy these days that I haven’t even been able to turn on the TV. I might find that my appraisal of the situation does not actually correspond with what is happening. Maybe I’m deluded. Who cares?  If I’m wrong, do me a favor. Don’t tell me about it. I’d rather remain in this glorious bubble in which I kid myself that I’ve just seem a nation stand out against the false front of “anti-terrorism” and fear-mongering.

If Norway has in fact acted in the way I tell myself it did, the Illuminati is indeed finished. If people on Earth exist who could refuse to be stampeded by the standard black-ops ploys of the Old World Order, then I am going to break out in a dance.  It’s so promising for the rest of us. Let’s emulate Norway’s example.

Reagarding this site, I’ve just had a Skype conversation with someone that has me equally excited. I don’t want to identify who or what we discussed because I don’t want to upstage him. Let it be his announcement when he’s ready. It is a barn-burner of a project and we’ll hear about it soon.

But, fortunately or unfortunately, I’m so inspired by it that I need to rattle on myself or find myself in an upset. Unexpressed joy is an upset. I am in joy. So let me record some thoughts that came out of that call, but without alluding to the project idea that he is currently bringing to maturity.

What our friend is doing has to do with establishing in our minds something that already exists, but which is not “here” in human society because we have barriers to it seeing it. To get at that, I need to say a word about “contexts.”

A context is an idea, a way of speaking that refers to something that is a whole. God is a whole. Love is a whole. Peace is a whole.  Everything can be contained in a whole. A whole embraces all. God embraces all. Other forms, other dimensions, other universes all live within God because “God” is a way of saying “all.” Love contains within it love as well as hate, compassion as well as cold-heartedness. All goes on within love because love is everything. Do you see what I mean?

Within a whole, what is usually observed is that which is not working. It doesn’t have to be that way. The fish can see the water under certain circumstances – like enlightenment. But usually the fish is simply aware of a predator or a rock.

This table I’m rattling away on, which holds up my keyboard, is working. When was the last time I thought about this table? Not since forever.

Actually that isn’t true because at some point during my conversation with my friend, a piece of tape holding something down on the table ceased sticking. It came undone and I became aware of it. Having become aware of it, I fixed it by replacing it with another piece of tape. I took unworkability and restored it to workability. And that is the only time I’ve been aware of this table recently.

What we’re usually aware of in this world is that which does not work – hunger, thirst, poverty, sickness, flooded fields, locust-infested lands, beetle-destroyed forests, and so on.  What then is our work in order to create a world that works for everyone? Simple. Take unworkable conditions and make them work.

And that’s what my friend is about to do, whenever he’s ready to begin. He is taking an unworkable condition within a context and inviting all of us around the world to focus on a point in time  – a deadline – by which that unworkability will be removed and matters restored to workability.

He’s the first person I’ve met recently who’s chosen to do this. (Others have chosen to do it a ways back in time.) But this is what you can do as well. Choose an aspect of the world’s unworkability and create a project designed to elicit global cooperation in making that condition work. Restore things to the way the context would have them be anyways. If people are killing others, focus world attention on it and have it stop.  If people are polluting, focus world attention on it and have it stop. Restore us to the context, the default, the way it is anyways which unworkability obscures. Convert unworkability into workability. That’s all there is to do in life. Workability does not need fixing; only unworkability does.

Always remember that, if you want something to stop, you must set a deadline for it. No sense saying “we shall overcome some day.”  There is no way to coordinate a global project with a deadline like “some day.” In fact you can’t coordinate people using such a non-deadline. You must have a common deadline. Man on the moon by 1970. The end of starvation on the planet by …?

Even the Company of Light has a deadline: We shall ascend by Dec. 21, 2012. And in response, millions of ships arrive with hundreds of millions of people. All working to a common schedule.

There never was a time in human history where there wasn’t more of a chance of having what we set out to do actually happen. This is the time for the shot heard round the world, for the idea whose time has come. Where are the Paul Reveres? Where are the global  minutemen?

The idea of a world that works for everyone is an idea whose time has come. (3) And we are going to make that world of workability happen. Who else if not us? Who else would you rather it be than us?

Choose a condition of the world’s unworkability, make it your project to turn that unworkability into workability, set a date by which it will end, and call for its end by that date.  Coordinate us. Mobilize us. This is the time for that. This is the time for miracles. This is the time for results.

How am I going to sleep tonight? Count sheep? Wait for the sun?

As a way of understanding the possible importance of the Murdoch investigation, let's look at the way the world's media have operated in previous years.

In 1948, when the United States left the war as the world's strongest superpower, it inaugurated the Office of Special Projects. That organization later became the espionage and counter-intelligence branch of the Central Intelligence Agency. Its mission was to concentrate on:

"... propaganda, economic warfare; preventive direct action, including sabotage, anti-sabotage, demolition and evacuation measures; subversion against hostile states, including assistance to underground resistance groups, and support of indigenous anti-Communist elements in threatened countries of the free world." (1)

 

That year saw it initiate Operation Mockingbird, whose purpose was to influence the domestic American media. By the early 1950s, it “owned' respected members of the New York Times, Newsweek, CBS and other communications vehicles." (2) It not only tried to sway American media but planted advantageous stories in foreign publications as well.

Within five years, this network of media agents and operatives was overseen by Allen W. Dulles, director of the Central Intelligence Agency. By this time Operation Mockingbird had influence over 25 newspapers and wire agencies. 

These organizations were run by people with well-known right-wing views such as William Paley (CBS), Henry Luce (Time Magazine and Life Magazine), Arthur Hays Sulzberger (New York Times), Alfred Friendly (managing editor of the Washington Post), Jerry O’Leary (Washington Star), Hal Hendrix (Miami News), Barry Bingham Sr., (Louisville Courier-Journal), James Copley (Copley News Services) and Joseph Harrison (Christian Science Monitor). By 1976, a Congressional report on Operation Mockingbird concluded that:

“The CIA currently maintains a network of several hundred foreign individuals around the world who provide intelligence for the CIA and at times attempt to influence opinion through the use of covert propaganda. These individuals provide the CIA with direct access to a large number of newspapers and periodicals, scores of press services and news agencies, radio and television stations, commercial book publishers, and other foreign media outlets.” (4)

The report's author estimated that the cost of misinforming the world cost American taxpayers nearly $265 million a year.

Later, Carl Bernstein, who worked with Bob Woodward in the investigation of Watergate, provided further information about Operation Mockingbird in an article in The Rolling Stone in October, 1977. Bernstein claimed that over a 25-year period more than 400 American journalists secretly carried out assignments for the CIA:

“Some of the journalists were Pulitzer Prize winners, distinguished reporters who considered themselves ambassadors-without-portfolio for their country. Most were less exalted: foreign correspondents who found that their association with the Agency helped their work; stringers and freelancers who were as interested in the daring-do of the spy business as in filing articles, and, the smallest category, full-time CIA employees masquerading as journalists abroad.” (5)

Keeping these events in mind, I'd now like to look at the accounts of the sources we follow on this site about the control of the media after this time. In 2005, Matthew Ward told us that the CIA was controlled by the Illuminati and served its aims.  Matthew said:

“A large group within the CIA, which only superficially is an intelligence gathering agency to serve the security of the United States, is composed of Illuminati leaders and operators with diverse nationalities, political persuasions and belief systems, but with one aim: world domination.” (6)

The intelligence agency was involved in the worst mass murder in American domestic history – the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001 – and most other false-flag operations in several countries since then. (7)

CIA funding, which had earlier come from skimming the Marshall Plan, now increasingly came from the world drug trade, Matthew tells us.

“The enormously profitable illegal drug industry funds both [Illuminati] factions’ ‘black ops,’ including terrorist activities blamed on innocents and vast underground areas where their scientists conduct unconscionable experiments on humankind and develop spacecraft, weaponry, surveillance and weather-control systems using technology introduced by the ‘Little greys.’” (8)

Instead of simply planting stories in the media and having many journalists in their pocket, the CIA took an ever wider role in journalism, on behalf of its Illuminati masters. In 2003 the Hathors speaking through Tom Kenyon could advise us that:

“The economic powers that control the global economy [i.e., the Illuminati] are manipulating the press and information systems on your planet to create fear. Fear is an ancient method of manipulating human consciousness.” (9)

In 2009, SaLuSa agreed with the Hathors that the Illuminati controlled the world's media and were using it to keep us in a state of fear.

“The horrors of the world are presented to you on a daily basis, and with the Illuminati controlling and editing your news it is not balanced by reporting the 'good news.' This is a deliberate ploy to keep you in a fearful state, and deny you the opportunity to know that there is much good work taking place.” (10)

The situation had still not changed by last year (2010), SaLuSa informed us:

“We feel bound to keep you informed as to what is happening around you, as it is as well you understand that nothing is [really] like it seems. The media is controlled and you are fed the very news that will support the plan of the dark Ones, and clearly it will be far from the truth. Even with your greater powers with freedom of information, you are still denied much of the truth, as you have found out.” (11)

He agrees with Matthew that the press is owned by the Illuminati and falsifies stories to serve their ends.

“At a time when you have such a good system of communication, it is ironic that it is controlled by those behind the media who determine what you are allowed to know. What should be given a public airing is censored, and results in so many major topics of national interest being hidden away. There has not been such a thing as freedom of the Press to report on all matters of interest for a long time. Indeed reports are falsified to satisfy the aims of the Illuminati, and journalists comply rather than risk losing their jobs. When their lives and family are also threatened it takes a brave person to stand up to them.” (12)

Moreover, the public has grown up on and is conditioned by Illuminati-mandated news, SaLuSa says.

“A large section of the public are engrossed in the negativity that the media regularly feed them. Indeed you have grown up on it, and eventually it has little effect on your emotions. After a time you develop an immunity to being shocked or overawed, even by the atrocities committed almost on a daily basis.” (13)

Of course not all member of the press are Illuminati, Matthew Ward assured his mother in 2003:

“Mother, I don’t mean that all reporters for press, radio and television are aware that much of the information they give out is patently false, or incomplete or distorted facts, and they are given no information that would expose the massive deception and corruption of government operations.

“Many reporters are not aware, others have become suspicious, and some are knowledgeable parts of the disinformation plot. When I say 'media,' it is not with contempt for the reporters who are just doing their job, it refers to the few dark minds who control the information flow.

“Also, I surely do not mean that their strategy fools everyone! We see new lights sparking constantly, indications that hearts and minds are awakening spiritually and mentally and truth is entering feelings and thoughts.” (14)

By 2008, Matthew Ward saw some progress having beejn made in loosening the Illuminati's grip on the media.

“The long era of the controllers is seeing its end as their crimes against humankind and Nature are being exposed in both trickle-up and trickle-down fashion. This is becoming more and more evident even in major media despite the controllers' attempts to stifle emerging truths.” (15)

By 2010, Matthew saw definite gains being made and struck a hopeful note.

“Truth is not yet surging into your mainstream information outlets, but it is seeping ever more strongly now that the finger is out of the dike, so to say. With this media barrier seriously compromised, the dark ones cannot much longer hide the massive deception that in this moment is only barely exposed to the public, much as the tip of an iceberg is visible while the immense part with potentially lethal destructive power lies out of view.” (16)

What was ending was not a 20th-Century phenomenon but a trend that went back millennia, he alleged. The Internet was one powerful tool in defeating the world-domination agenda of the Illuminati. He also credited the rising light energies with causing the fall of media mind-control.

“There have been attempts to stifle the truth since the dawn of communication on Gaia-Terra-Shan-Earth, and the attempts were successful when darkly-inclined ones controlled the dissemination of information. In modern times, they expected to broaden their web of control with the Internet, but instead, it became their undoing.

“Now factual evidence that until recently was mainly restricted to that source is reaching the public through the perseverance of courageous investigative journalists, other reporters, eyewitnesses and individuals disclosing personal experiences.

“Not only is there increasing exposure of lies and corruption, but also innovative ways people are adapting to the economic situation are being publicized. The tearing down of mind control via the media has come about because of the ever-intensifying light.” (17)

One year later, SaLuSa saw a definite change for the better, as the light energies continued to rise on the planet. Here he is in early July 2011:

“We would suggest you pay extra attention to your Press and other news outlets, as within their daily outpourings there is a change of approach taking place, and the real truth is beginning to emerge. You will need to use your discretion as there are still going to be half-truths for quite a time yet.

“What is happening is that the higher vibrations are raising your consciousness levels, and it is strengthening your resolve to get the truth out. Brave souls with something to tell are gaining the wrath of the dark Ones, as they stand tall and are prepared to withstand the consequences.

“We have their karma to consider, but where we can you may be assured they will get our protection. Sometimes they would appear to fail in their attempts to bring matters into the public arena, but often sufficient is done by airing the evidence of malpractice and outright criminal activity.

“Too much has been taking place that the Illuminati seem to have got away with. Yet that has made them careless and feel untouchable, when in fact they are being revealed for what they are with firm evidence of their crimes.

“We need you to keep probing and constantly pushing for the truth to come out, and you will gather support until people power is so strong that it can no longer be ignored.” (18)

SaLuSa may as well have been talking about the Murdochs, his comments are so relevant to their case. It is against the backdrop of these comments that this first largescale assault on an Illuminati bastion of media control is taking place.

I'm biased in hoping, watching and waiting for the fall of the Murdoch journalistic empire. I tend to interpret every expression of public outrage as the beginning of the end of this bastion of Illuminati influence. But in fact the Murdochs could survive this latest scandal and their fall may come only later.

But the fact that the public, the government, and the media have broken ranks and condemned the illegal activity of the Murdochs is at least a hopeful sign and may signal the beginning of the end of Illuminati control over the world's news. Sooner or later, the rising energies will sweep them aside and restore freedom of the press. The more we educate ourselves on the subject, the sooner that will be.

Mancano sei giorni all'estradizione di Julian Assange in Svezia

Fra 6 giorni Julian Assange verrà estradato in Svezia per affrontare quattro incriminazioni per reati sessuali. Tuttavia fino ad oggi non sono state presentate accuse formali contro di lui .Julian è stato tenuto agli arresti domiciliari in Gran Bretagna dal Dicembre 2010, quando la Svezia emise due mandati internazionali di arresto.

Secondo la legge svedese, che non prevede il rilascio su cauzione, all'arrivo in Svezia, Julian verrà incarcerato per un periodo indefinito. Anche se giudicato innocente, sarà tolto dalla circolazione, e questo è probabilmente lo scopo di queste mosse.

E' stato chiesto se la Svezia agisce su comando del governo americano. E' probabile che la prigionia di Julian metta il sistema giudiziario svedese sotto il microscopio e che si dimostri imbarazzante per il governo svedese, i funzionari responsabili delle leggi, dei tribunali e delle carceri svedesi. Per quanto riguarda Julian, gli impedisce di dirigere Wikileaks per un periodo di tempo indefinito. Qui sotto trovate una valutazione delle prospettive di Julian in Svezia, secondo i sostenitori di Julian.

Processo imparziale per Julian Assange?

Critica al sistema giuridico svedese

Tra tutti i firmatari della Convenzione, la Svezia ha il tasso pro capite più alto di casi portati alla Corte Europea per i Diritti Umani, relativi all'articolo 6.1 (diritto ad un processo giusto). Ha anche il tasso più alto di sentenze sfavorevoli, relative a un  processo equo.

Argomentazione della difesa

Nel February Hearing, gli avvocati di Assange hanno sostenuto che il Regno Unito non dovrebbe estradarlo perché in Svezia non affronterebbe processo giusto. Se verrà estradato, Assange non avrà un processo giusto.

Verrà tenuto in prigione, in isolamento, una volta consegnato, nonostante non sia stato accusato. (può anche passare un anno in detenzione). Non c'è limite di tempo alla detenzione in Svezia.

Non c'è possibilità di uscire su cauzione, perciò rimarrebbe in prigione per un tempo indefinito.

Dovessero esserci un'accusa ed un processo, verrebbero tenuti segreti.

Non sarà giudicato da un “tribunale indipendente ed imparziale”, una richiesta fondamentale secondo la Convenzione Europea dei Diritti Umani (articolo 6.1). Tre giudici su quattro sono giudici profani, designati da partiti politici e senza formazione legale formale (vedasi Lay Judges)

L'accusatrice svedese, Marianne Ny, non ha dato a Julian Assange od ai suoi avvocati alcuna informazione scritta sulle incriminazioni contro di lui, e ciò viola il Codice Svedese di Procedura (RB 23:18) e la Convenzione Europea sui Diritti Umani (articolo 5), e la Carta Fondamentale Europea per i Diritti Umani.

C'è stata ingerenza politica nelle dichiarazioni del Primo Ministro al Parlamento svedese durante il processo (si veda Political Interference) ed il legale delle querelanti ha ricevuto attenzione continua da parte della stampa (si veda Media climate in Sweden)

L'accordo bilaterale fra gli Stati Uniti e la Svezia permette che Julian Assange venga estradato negli Stati Uniti non appena arriva in Svezia (si veda la sezione sulla estradizioni degli USA). Sotto la custodia degli USA, Julian Assange rischia il rapimento, la tortura e l'uccisione.

Reazioni in Svezia alla critica del sistema giudiziario svedese

Il Primo Ministro Frederik Reinfeldt disse in un discorso al parlamento che le critiche al sistema giudiziario svedese erano infondate e che gli avvocati di Assange avevano tentato di trattare la Svezia con superiorità (7 Febbraio 2011). Le dichiarazioni originali sono disponibili qui (here)

In un'indagine anonima un giurista su tre era d'accordo sul fatto che la critica di Assange al sistema giudiziario svedese era ben fondata ( (English here, and here). I commenti degli avvocati svedesi rivelano una mancanza profonda di fiducia nel sistema legale.

““ il sistema legale svedese è prossimo a cadere a pezzi per quanto concerne crimini sessuali. Bizzarre teorie sul sesso hanno avuto troppa influenza sui professionisti della giurisprudenza”

“Considerando la pressione mondiale su Assange, è realistico sospettare che qualcosa si stia svolgendo dietro le quinte e che possa influenzare la maniera in cui questo caso viene trattato”

Gli avvocati svedesi Jens Lapidus e Johan Akermark scrissero “la critica di Assange è giusta in molti punti” in uno dei più importanti quotidiani svedesi DN (05 May 2011):

“Condividiamo la critica di Assange sulle regole di detenzione, sui giudici profani Lay Judges e la maniera ordinaria di fare i processi a porte chiuse.

Anche Claes Borgstrom, l'avvocato delle due querelanti nell'indagine Assange ha sostenuto che i periodi di detenzione in Svezia sono troppo lunghi.

Anne Ramberg, il presidente dell'Associazione Avvocati ha affermato:

“Sia il Comitato Europeo per la Prevenzione della Tortura e di altri Trattamenti Inumani e Degradanti ed il Comitato delle Nazioni Unite contro la Tortura  hanno criticato la Svezia per i lunghi periodi di detenzione ed ammettiamo che possono essere incredibilmente lunghi. Abbiamo anche contestato, ripetutamente negli anni, i processi a porte chiuse. Come pure abbiamo contestato i giudici profani, ma a causa del fatto che vengono reclutati entro un gruppo limitato di persone, piuttosto che a causa della politicizzazione dei tribunali.”

Un processo porterebbe alla condanna di Assange?

Le deposizioni delle due querelanti (AA e SW), di Julian Assange e di nove testimoni  sono trapelate in Internet in Gennaio 2011.

Gli avvocati svedesi sono divisi, non tutti ritengono che Assange verrà condannato per le accuse contro di lui.

Discutendo se Assange verrà riconosciuto innocente, se accusato:

Il professore di giustizia penale Per Ole Traskman (Università di Lund Svezia) ed il ricercatore dottorato Sakari Melander (Università di Helsinki) hanno discusso sulle accuse di stupro contro Assange nel quotidiano finlandese Helsingin Sanomat. Hanno sostenuto che una condanna era improbabile:

       Traskman: Basandosi sulle prove disponibili, è improbabile che Assange sarà condannato per i reati sospettati. Inoltre, l'accusatore non ha ancora presentato le accuse. Ciò significa che l'accusatore pensa che non ci siano ragioni sufficienti per impostare un' accusa a questo punto. Ecco perché ella vuole che Assange venga sentito in Svezia, sulla base di un mandato d'arresto europeo.

       Melander:  “il successo di una possibile accusa in tribunale non è probabile perché ci sono dei ragionevoli dubbi sulla colpevolezza di Assange. Se la colpevolezza non è chiara, oppure con c'è totale certezza,  il caso deve essere risolto a favore dell'accusato.”

Bjorn Hurtig, consigliere difensivo di Assange in Svezia, ha stimato che ci sarebbe una probabilità al 50% di condanna. Tuttavia discusse quanto segue in una lettera al consigliere difensivo inglese di Assange, Mark Stephens:

“Dopo aver studiato il fascicolo come pure altro materiale che mi è stato permesso consultare, ma non fotocopiare od annotare, (messaggi sms dei cellulari delle querelanti) il caso è uno dei più deboli che abbia mai visto nella mia carriera professionale....”

“E' altamente incerto se il Sig Assange verrà perseguito, se estradato. Se perseguito, considero altamente improbabile che venga condannato. Se condannato sarà molto probabile che, considerando la natura ed i dettagli delle accuse stesse (la mancanza di minacce e di violenza fisica, le relazioni sessuali consensuali tra le querelanti ed il Sig. Assange prima dell'avvenimento e, nel caso di (AA) (la sua prova su questo punto è contraddittoria) dopo gli incidenti e le circostanze personali, abbia la condanna sospesa.”

Discutendo se Assange verrà riconosciuto colpevole, se accusato:

Per E. Samuelson, un avvocato penalista svedese di primo piano, specializzato nei casi di stupro, ha spiegato il contesto delle accuse di stupro contro Assange e la dura battaglia che deve affrontare per dimostrare la sua innocenza. Samuelsson è stato anche citato in un articolo dell'AOL 

  “La gente di altri paesi con culture legali differenti non riesce a capire quanto ampio e vasto sia il sistema legale svedese in riguardo a crimini sessuali. Le accuse fatte a Julian Assange in Svezia devono sembrargli delle assurdità, quasi uno scherzo. Ma deve capire che per queste cose gli uomini in Svezia vanno in prigione.”
 

“C'è stata una discussione (della legge relativa a reati sessuali nel 2007) ma non è stata cambiata. La pressione politica che ha come punto d'inizio l'uguaglianza delle donne nella società – che è encomiabile, come principio – ha portato ad una grandissima ed inaccettabile insicurezza degli imputati in Svezia.

E' quello che sta vivendo Assange proprio ora. Il movimento femminista in Svezia è particolarmente forte. Le attiviste dei diritti femminili hanno a lungo accusato i giudici di credere di più agli uomini. E' stato detto che era impossibile per una donna ottenere giustizia. Ora in Svezia è vero il contrario.

“Oggi si richiedono condanne in base ad un tenore politico (un tasso più alto di condanne ero lo scopo dichiarato di Thomas Bodstrom (il socio dello studio legale che rappresenta le due querelanti di Assange) mentre era Ministro della Giustizia e promuoveva le riforme alla legge contro i reati sessuali.)

Il tenore: in casi di stupro, gli uomini devono essere condannati; altrimenti non è giusto per le donne. Questo è indegno di uno stato costituzionale.”

“In Svezia l'opinione generale è: tu stai dicendo la verità perché sei una donna. Questo è il colmo, secondo me. Io sono per l'uguaglianza delle donne, nella società. Naturalmente. Ma non ci si deve spingere in là così tanto da condannare degli innocenti. In Svezia, la cosiddetta prospettiva della vittima è così sviluppata che ci sono persino delle persone che credono in tutta serietà che sia inaccettabile che le donne in generale vengano esposte ai rigori di un interrogatorio in tribunale. La gente dice che noi, quali avvocati che discutono il caso, offenderemmo queste donne perché le interroghiamo per conto dei nostri clienti. Penso che una tale cultura sia senza precedenti nell'Europa Occidentale.”
