As readers know, I had a personal reading with Archangel Michael today (July 4) through Linda Dillon (see audio below).


I asked him to tell us why there were discrepancies between what he says and what a galactic source held in such high esteem by us all (SaLuSa) says. Here are his answers. 


SaLuSa says that arrests will take place and AAM sayd that containment will take place. Why are the versions different? I asked for as much detail as possible in his answer.

He replied that he didn't want to appear to be in contradiction to SaLuSa. He said that what he was giving when he discussed containment was very sacred information on how the Company of Heaven is proceeding and will proceed in divinely intervening to address and contain a massive system of egregious behavior that has never been of love or light. 


Our planet, he said, has a very poor track record of handling such things as mass arrests in a kind, loving and beneficent matter. And he cited the Holocaust as one example and I added the Japanese American and Canadian internments. People were herded in ways that were never kind or loving. These actions have never been in alignment with universal law. Regardless of how many people say they want to do the mass arrests in calm and peaceful ways, many people will still look for revenge and retribution.

Gosh, the articles just keep getting harder and harder to write. But they do need to be written and there are things that need to be said. 


We're being joined by more and more new lights - and this is all very, very welcome. But I believe we need to approach the new things that are being said with a goodly dose of discernment, even if they come from people who are, or are identified as being, lightworkers. 


Where we hear old-paradigm things being said from lightworkers - threats against the cabal, materialistic statements, inaccurate information about the galactics, vulgar utterances - those kinds of commentary may contain needed or useful information, but the rest of it doesn't need to be taken up and form part of the new-paradigm culture we're building. 


"Take what you like and leave the rest," meditation master S.N. Goenka used to say over and over again. Take in the useful and nourishing information and cast aside the rest. Old-paradigm ways are obsolete and won't be carried forward, whether a darkworker or a lightworker displays them. 


Or when we hear ego shining through a lightworker, again just take the needful from it and don't imitate the egoism. The way to handle the ego is not to act or speak as long as Oilcan Harry or Oilcan Harriet is present. Wait for the ego to die down before speaking or acting. 


As soon as the mass arrests start, and no one knows when that will be as far as I'm aware (not really), there will be a need to fill the positions vacated by cabalists with competent lightworkers. SaLuSa and other galactic spokespeople have told us repeatedly that solid candidates are already waiting in the wings and will come forward. So the new slate of voices is already hand-picked and will then provide the leadership and direction we'll need. 


Yes, President Obama is among them so perhaps stop following the line of commentary that was started by the cabal that the President is a darkworker. He is not. He's been hobbled by the cabalists who surround him. 


These new leaders will replace the voices that are speaking now who either haven't fully embraced the new paradigm of the divine qualities or else retain many vasanas from the deep trauma they've been obliged to experience as part of their life contracts. 


In this interim period, when some of the voices raised are part this and part that, do weigh each statement said. Estimate what's improbable and what not, implausible, impossible, contradictory, inconsistent, etc. Then ask your heart or inner voice (same thing) what it thinks. That's your Higher Self speaking. 


And make up your mind on the basis of what the internal and external evidence says. Whatever you do, don't act like a lemming and just follow the herd. This is not the time for herd behavior, I think. 


Once the mass arrests start, all will be chaos in the world. The first and most important step for us to take is to hold onto our calmness and balance. So, if you find yourself in extremity, remember that the very best contribution you can make is to work your way back to your center and then start again. 


Whatever "starting again" means or involves for you, it's essential to be back in your center before embarking on it.

Да, Президент Обама е сред тях така че спрете да следвате линията от коментари които бяха започнати от кабала че Президента е Служител на Тъмнината. Той не е. Той е бил спъван от кабалистите които го обграждат. Тези нови лидери ще заменят гласовете които говорят сега които или не са приели напълно ново – парадигмите на божественните качества или поддържат много васани от дълбока травма която са задължени да изпитат като част от контактите си в живота.

Stephen: JP Morgan Chase and Co, Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are among those submitting first liquidation scenarios at the Federal Reserve and the Federal Deposit Insurance Group, according to this story from Reuters. They MUST do so by July 1! 


My take on this is that they want to cover their butts, believing they might get some money back when they come a-cropper. I also notice they are filing these “living wills” with the Federal Reserve, which is also soon to be exposed for what it is. So we have a scenario where the cabal’s big banks are turning to another cabal institution for help… obviously hoping that some decades-old (il)legal loophole will be able to save them.


What is most re-assuring, though, is to see that this news has been written by and is being widely circulated via a major worldwide mainstream news wire service – even if the headline says “in case”, when we all know they “have” to be put out of doing business in the way they have been up until now.

NEW YORK/WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Five of the biggest banks in the United States are putting finishing touches on plans for going out of business as part of government-mandated contingency planning that could push them to untangle their complex operations. 


The plans, known as living wills, are due to regulators no later than July 1 under provisions of the Dodd-Frank financial reform law designed to end too-big-to-fail bailouts by the government. The living wills could be as long as 4,000 pages. 


Since the law allows regulators to go so far as to order a bank to divest subsidiaries if it cannot plan an orderly resolution in bankruptcy, the deadline is pushing even healthy institutions to start a multi-year process to untangle their complex global operations, according to industry consultants. 


“The resolution process is now going to be part of the cost-benefit analysis on where banks will do business,” said Dan Ryan, leader of the financial services regulatory practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York. “The complexity of the organizations will shrink.” 


JPMorgan Chase & Co (JPM), Bank of America Corp (BAC), Citigroup Inc (NYS:C), Goldman Sachs & Co (GS) and Morgan Stanley (MS) are among those submitting the first liquidation scenarios to regulators at the Federal Reserve and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp, according to people familiar with the matter. 


The five firms, which declined to discuss their plans for this story, have some of the biggest balance sheets, trading desks and derivatives portfolios of financial institutions in the United States. 


Great Britain and other major countries are imposing similar requirements for “resolution” plans on their big banks, too. 


The liquidation plans are coming amid renewed questions about the safety of big banks following JPMorgan’s stunning announcement last month that a trading debacle has cost it more than $2 billion – a sum far too small to endanger the bank, but shocking enough to bring back memories of the financial crisis.


A Nod to Glass-Steagall


If the extensive planning and review process works as proponents hope, big banks will become less hazardous to the public and regulators will be more confident that they can let wounded institutions die without wrecking the economy. 


In congressional hearings earlier this month, JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon said that the bank’s contingency plan for going out of business would let it fail without cost to taxpayers. Living wills reduce the systemic risk of a big bank failing, Dimon said. 


The living will requirement could actually yield similar results to restoring Glass-Steagall without actual re-enactment of the Depression-era laws separating commercial banking from investment banking, former FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair told Reuters TV earlier this month. 


Bair said regulators may determine that for a liquidation plan to work, a bank must separate traditional banking and insured deposits into subsidiaries set apart from volatile securities trading and securities underwriting.


The rules push banks to untangle their complex structures, which can include thousands of legal entities, and which, in Bair’s opinion, have effectively blocked proposals for breaking up the corporations. 


Whether the Fed and the FDIC would actually force any banks to sell businesses or cordon off insured deposits remains to be seen, cautioned Richard Herring, a banking professor at the University of Pennsylvania.


“We don’t know if they will have the guts to do it, but the tools are there,” said Herring, a leading proponent of living wills for more than a decade, who was appointed to an FDIC advisory panel on the plans. 


Herring worries, too, that the plans will be so long and complex that they will overwhelm the staff at the agencies. 


Still, that the plans are being written at all is progress, Herring said.


Plan for Two Ways to Die 


Under the Dodd-Frank Act, banks and regulators must imagine liquidations in two different ways. The first is through bankruptcy courts with banks negotiating with their creditors. This is the going-out-of-business method planned in the living wills due July 1. The living wills must include how subsidiaries in foreign jurisdictions will be liquidated. 


The second way is through a new kind of liquidation process in which the FDIC takes control of putting a financial giant down. This method has more flexibility than is allowed in bankruptcy courts, but still uses critical information collected in the banks’ living wills, such as where exactly to find collateral. 


The new rules stagger deadlines for the banks to file plans, depending on their size and complexity. Nine banks will file first, including five based in the United States and four owned abroad. Regulators have declined to name the nine banks included in the first round. 


Other large banks will have until July and December of next year to hand in their plans, according to the FDIC. Eventually about 124 banks are expected to submit plans, according to the FDIC. There are about 7,300 banks in the United States. 


Regulators and the big banks have been meeting since January on what the plans are expected to include. Fed and FDIC officials have said they expect the back-and-forth to continue once the plans have been submitted. The rules give the banks a series of chances to refine their plans. 


But if banks cannot come up with feasible liquidation plans, regulators could order the banks to get rid of businesses. Government intervention is a last resort, said John Simonson, the FDIC’s deputy director of Systemic Resolution Planning and Implementation in the Office of Complex Financial Institutions. 


“I think a lot of progress can be made in having these firms make themselves more resolvable before you get to that point of actually imposing those severe remedies,” Simonson said. The regulators will want to see evidence that the banks can safely resolve their debts and transfer vital customer services and assets to healthy institutions. 


The plans could easily be 2,000 or 4,000 pages long, depending on the complexity of the banks, said Ryan of PricewaterhouseCoopers. The plans include “very granular detail” about bank operations, he noted, adding that “in many cases, this is a large documentation exercise.” 


For example, the banks must spell out plans for hiring lawyers and contacting regulators in key countries. 


The rules for crafting the living wills are 74 pages long, including an explanatory supplement. The plans could even include drafts of press releases showing how the banks would announce that they are going out of business, Herring said.

Yo fui uno de los "hippies" que llegó a la escena más tarde, más inclinado espiritual e intelectualmente. Sin embargo, una vez que empezé a ver algunas de las ventajas que ofrecía, me establecí en él. Grupos de encuentro de tres meses, activismo de elevación de la conciencia, viajes a India, drogas alucinatorias -- definitivamente probé todo lo que tenía que ofrecer.

Pero está sucediendo de nuevo y necesitamos tener de regreso a esos pioneros. Necesitamos la contribución de nuevo de aquellos que dedicaron  sus vidas a elevar la conciencia y enfocar nuestra atención en nuestra responsabilidad personal por este mundo.


Así que los estoy invitando a aquellos que cargan las sagradas tradiciones de ese círculo de conciencia en particular que salgan a relucir de nuevo y nos enseñen otra vez cómo elevar nuestra conciencia, incrementar nuestra conciencia consciente, comunicarnos de nuevas maneras que nos muevan y faculten, y para que asumamos nuestra responsabilidad por nuestro mundo.

Oui, c'est vrai.
C'est quelque chose que peu de gens savent et je me débats chaque jour.
La raison pour laquelle je voulais exprimer cela est dû au rapport Cobra que je viens de lire. Je voudrais parler au nom de ceux d'entre nous qui ne souscrivent pas à l'agenda Rockefeller Rothschild.
Maintenant, j'ai toujours su qu'il y avait une abondance de choses louches qui se tramaient ici ... mais ce que j'ai lu ce soir, m’a juste mise en colère. J'essaie très, très fort de laisser ces choses glisser derrière moi.


J’observe la négativité, je comprends qu’elle a sa place ... et j’essaie dapprécier et de remercier ces basses activités pour m'enseigner comment ne pas être.


Cependant, ce que beaucoup ne réalisent pas, c'est qu'il y a des gens, qui comme moi, ne savaient même pas qu'ils faisaient partie de cette famille.
Après avoir été traquée, harcelée et persuadée de m'engager dans leurs factions tout au long de ma vie, mais sans que jamais me soit dite toute la vérité, je poursuivis mon propre cheminement envers et contre tout.


J'ai eu un test d'ADN il y a un peu plus d'une année et ce que j'ai trouvé ma conduit dans un labyrinthe de lapin de Généalogie et d'Histoire que je n
ai jamais vu venir. Tout ce que je savais de l'histoire de ma famille était de notre côté amérindien, dont j'étais très fière ... Mais je ne suis jamais allée beaucoup plus loin que cela. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de fins brutales se terminant par la mort et des trous béants dans mon arbre généalogique ..


Mais la Vierge en moi ... bien, nous aimons retourner chaque pierre. Grâce à Internet et ebay, j’ai été en mesure de combler les lacunes de nombreuses pièces manquantes. Ils (la famille dont elle fait partie) ont été en mesure de contrôler la plupart des livres et d’autres publications au cours des dernières décennies, mais j'ai commencé à trouver des bibles de 1700 et des livres d'Histoire et des textes théosophiques qui viennent d’apparaitre dans ma boîte émail.


Tout ce qu'ils avaient essayé de me cacher ... Je l'ai découvert.


Mais où a commencé cette dissimulation ?


Il y a encore beaucoup de choses en suspens ... mais il me semble qu'ils nont pas aimé le mélange de sang amérindien qui est entré dans notre lignée familiale.


Ma 7ème grand-mère, Nanye Hi Fivekiller a été connue sous le nom de Ghiagu ou « la femme aimée » de la Cherokee et elle était littéralement l’une des dernières femmes qui a possédé du pouvoir. J'ai découvert cela lorsque j'ai réalisé que beaucoup de personnes connaissaient son existence sous le nom de Nancy Ward ... oui, reliée à la plupart des Wards que vous connaissez et également reliée à la plupart des Starr dont vous avez lu, qui furent
également mariés dans la lignée familiale.

Ce fut la découverte de l’histoire de cette grand’mère qui a accéléré mon processus d'éveil et je lui dois une grande reconnaissance. Contrairement à ce que beaucoup peuvent penser, je n'ai jamais vu un centime de toute la fortune de la famille, et je n'ai jamais fait un seul rituel ou n’ai jamais contrôlé qui que ce soit dans ma vie. En fait, j'ai du lutter financièrement la plupart de ma vie et peu importe combien j’ai travaillé, malgré mes talents et mon attitude positive, je demeure ferme ... alors que la plupart des personnes auraient levé les bras ou se seraient laissées piégées. Je nai jamais vacillé grâce à ma foi inébranlable. Je crois fermement que j'ai été la victime d'attaques psychiques et de SÉVÈRES « veiling" (voilage ?), pour ne pas mentionner toutes les années d'avoir été appelée «folle, schizophrénie, lessivée par un tas de médicaments, hospitalisée dans des hôpitaux psychiatriques, (et c'était avant l'âge de 18 ans). Je crois fermement que c’était parce que je n'ai pas joué le jeu de leur sombre agenda que j'ai payé cela ma vie durant. Ma famille immédiate et mes amis sont tous très affectueux, généreux, des gens talentueux et exceptionnels, mais aucun d'entre nous n’a jamais connu un succès remarquable. J'ai observé beaucoup d'autres réussir avec un agenda caché et ayant beaucoup moins de talents, vision, etc. Alors que chacun autour de moi se débat, cela n’a tout simplement pas de sens. Mais maintenant que j'ai lu ce rapport de Cobra je suis convaincue que j'ai été sujet à cette torture à distance. 

Rappelez-vous .. Je ne dirai jamais « victime » car je n'abandonnerai jamais à nouveau mon pouvoir. J'ai permis aux autres de me traiter d’indigne, égoïste, de moins que rien, folle, paresseuse, etc. et cela pendant de nombreuses années. L'année dernière, j'ai me suis complètement isolée du monde extérieur, y compris des relations amoureuses et j’ai dû aller au plus profond de mon âme, sans influences extérieures, afin de comprendre ce que je vivais vraiment. Je l'ai toujours su au fond de moi, mais il y avait toujours une petite partie de moi qui croyais que j'étais juste paranoïaque.

Mais c’est dorénavant fini. A présent je déclare que je refuse de permettre plus longtemps à ces êtres de m’attaquer, moi, ma famille ou mes amis. Je tiens à citer et à remercier mon bien-aimé Métatron d’avoir partagé ce message avec moi, 5 minutes avant de lire cet article.
