Setting the Record Straight on Osama bin Laden
Nothing resulted from the visit of the station chief. No assassin visited the hospital to dispatch bin Laden. He wasn’t poisoned or taken out by other covert means. He wasn’t kidnapped. The Dubai authorities did not detain him. No press coverage was given to his hospital stay. Not a word was leaked to the press or, if it was, it was not allowed to reach the pubic.
