Hatonn on What the Galatics are Doing about Weather Warfare
Suzy Ward has communicated the following information in an email today, March 25, 2011, from Hatonn. Hatonn is director of multidimensional communications for the space fleets as well as a fleet commander in his own right. I have been working with Suzy’s Hatonn since perhaps 2007 and I personally vouch for his bona fides.
But I only vouch for the bona fides of Hatonn through Suzy, not through others who claim to be speaking for Hatonn. Sorry. I’m only interested in credible information.
The work that this current email does is to furnish us with background on the Illuminati’s technology used to create hurricanes and earthquakes. It also explains the seesaw battle between the Illuminati and the galactics in which technology is improved upon (if that word can be used with such a heinous technology) and the galactics counter the improvements.
First I’ll give Suzy’s latest material in its entirety and then we can look at it in detail. Suzy sometimes sends me corrections to what I write. So just know that I may correct this post later if Suzy sends corrections. Suzy says:
“I was answering Pierre’s email that included a question about a particle beam and Hatonn started talking to me.
“Hatonn just told me that the Illuminati know of our space family’s interference because intended destruction hasn’t happened [didn't happen?].
“Apparently they suspected that but it was conclusive when that hurricane [don't know which hurricane or the year] weakened over the ocean, then turned and went north instead of hitting the US mainland, which wasn’t at all what the Illuminati had designed.
“Technologies to initiate earthquakes and weather manipulation have been refined and intensified over the years. Major storms used to be produced by one system and quakes by another, but because of ET interference, the Illuminati scientists started using a combination of technologies, like back-ups in case one system isn’t as effective as they want, but also to make it more difficult for ET technologies to interfere with all of the energy sources simultaneously.
“In Japan, one of HAARP’s several capacities in various locations has been used in conjunction with developments from Tesla’s inventions and discoveries to produce destruction from above and below Earth’s surface.
“Even with ETs advanced technologies it’s not a simple matter to dismantle all of the Illuminati’s equipment without interrupting essential power and communication sources that serve us, not only the Illuminati — that’s why discussions are going on at the highest levels of universal councils as to the best way to proceed. (1)
There are no hurricanes currently happening so I assume that Pierre’s question was about a hurricane that happened in the past and the use of a particle beam to cause it. I do know the galactics intervened in Hurricane Ike and Gustav and others. But let’s leave that aside.
The important information here is that the Illuminati and the galactics are involved in a seesaw battle, the Illuminati to cause severe weather, the galactics to defeat them, and then the Illuminati to change their weather-warfare strategies.
In regard to what happened in Japan, it’s important to hear from Hatonn that the Illuminati have been refining their weather-warfare technology since it was first given to them in the unknown past by the little Greys or Zeta Reticulans.
On March 13, 2011, Suzy sent me the following letter which explains why I stopped calling the Japanese earthquake a “HAARPquake.” And it tells us a little more about the evolution of the present weather-control technology the Illuminati used on Japan.
“As for HAARP: In the decades since the Little Greys shared their weather control and other technologies — which the Illuminati took over and have used only for negative purposes — other technologies have been developed from the Little Greys’, also from Tesla’s and Rife’s inventions and probably many others’ inventions that I don’t know about. Lumping all of those under HAARP, which does have several uses, isn’t correct, and that’s why Matthew says simply manmade technology or weather-control technology when he’s speaking about that topic.” (2)
So now let’s come back to what Hatonn said currently.

Major storms used to be produced by one system and quakes by another, but because of ET interference, the Illuminati scientists started using a combination of technologies, like back-ups in case one system isn’t as effective as they want, but also to make it more difficult for ET technologies to interfere with all of the energy sources simultaneously.” (3)
So, in this battle between the Illuminati and the ETs to outwit each other, the one to cause storms, the other to stop them, the Illuminati are now using a “combination of technologies.” Hatonn goes on:
“In Japan, one of HAARP’s several capacities in various locations has been used in conjunction with developments from Tesla’s inventions and discoveries to produce destruction from above and below Earth’s surface.” (4)
So Hatonn actually says that HAARP played a role as one of this combination of technologies that was used in Japan. Matthew had not wanted to confuse us and so he simply said “weather-control technologies” but Hatonn is actually saying that a combination of technologies was used by the Illuminati and HAARP did play a role in it.
Now let’s double-back and listen to Matthew again on what caused the Japanese earthquake:
“[Gaia's] only involvement was the unavoidable initial movements of land and water after Illuminati scientists triggered the quake. Our space family was able to thwart their goal to level cities, flood the island and kill most of its inhabitants; however, harnessing the full force of the ocean is beyond the capability of their [our space family's] technology.” (5)
So the galactics prevented Japan from utterly going under the waters. We need to really get that: the Illuminati’s plan was to utterly submerge Japan.
Many reasons for that have been advanced by terrestrial commentators: that Japan was introducing technology that would to the use of oil, that they were not cooperating with Illuminati plans to manipulate currencies, etc. Japan was not playing ball, as Japan did not play ball in 2007, and the Illuminati planned to make an example of them, just as they caused an earthquake in Nigata in 2oo7 and told the Japanese they would beforehand.
Now, in her March 13 letter, Suzy said that:
“Also your readers asked why our space family didn’t prevent the quake and tsunami. Hatonn says fleets are authorized to lessen the effects of geophysical events and they do that, but preventing them would be interfering with the cleansing process — the release of negativity — as well as the affected people’s soul contracts.” (6)
In Suzy’s March 25 letter, Hatonn adds that
“Even with ETs advanced technologies it’s not a simple matter to dismantle all of the Illuminati’s equipment without interrupting essential power and communication sources that serve us, not only the Illuminati — that’s why discussions are going on at the highest levels of universal councils as to the best way to proceed.” (7)
In addition to assuring us that the galatics are constantly pushing forward what they can do, consistent with the factors like free will, soul contracts, and Earth’s needs that they must pay attention to, she also assures us that “the highest levels of universal counsels” are advising them on how to proceed. In case, there is a single soul out there who thinks that the galactics are not doing anything, they are indeed but they work within universal laws, unlike the Illuminati. Their hands will be much freed after disclosure.
We will know more about what they’re doing after I find a good copy of Jean’s letter.
So what we can take away from this is that the Illuminati and the ETs are involved in an ongoing contest, the Illuminati knowing that the galactics interfere with their plans and trying to devise technologies or combinations of technologies that make it difficult for the galactics to thwart.
The ETs have numerous considerations that guide their actions. They cannot interfere with some aspects of free will until after the passage of a divine deadline. It is not advisable that they interfere with certain aspects of the cleansing process and people’s own soul or life contracts. And they cannot interfere in ways that would interrupt “essential power and communication sources that serve us, not only the Illuminati.” I assume that “us” refers to terrestrials, but I could be wrong – it could be Hatonn speaking, rather than Suzy.
So what difference does all this make? Well, many among us are saying that the Japanese earthquake and tsunami were not manmade, but natural. It is pretty clear to me that this is not the case. It was a manmade event and, if it was so, then others could happen as well, equally manmade. So first of all we need to shut down the Illuminati’s capability to kill people.
Secondly, we need to understand exactly what the galactics can and cannot do so that we do not lose faith in them saying that they do not exist because they did not help with what happened in Japan. Most important to know is that the galactics follow universal law and the Illuminati don’t. That means that the galactics may be constrained in circumstances that do not constrain the Illuminati and this has to be taken into consideration until a divine deadline is reached.
Thirdly, we need to know how to approach helping Japan and to estimate how to help them means we need to know what caused the quake, whether it can be expected to happen again, etc. This earthquake and tsunami were manmade, caused by the Illuminati. There needs to be no doubt about this. This is not the Earth endlessly rumbling along. This is human doing.
We need to do our work, folks, and find out who these terrestrial Illuminati scientists are, expose them, discover what technologies they are using, etc. We need to stop the Illuminati from killing large numbers of people in Japan, flooding Australia, levelling cities like Christchurch. I do not accept the stance that it matters not who did this, as I have read on other blogsites. It does matter who did this because people die when people do this and the people killing them must be stopped.
So thanks to Suzy for taking time out from what I know is a very busy schedule to send us this information from Hatonn. It has advanced our knowledge of the Japanese earthquake and may help us expand our knowledge of what the Illuminati are doing that is taking countless lives, destroying cities, depriving people of their homes and causing immense suffering.
